The Operations team consists of Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Business Analytics, and is the central nervous system of the company. We gather, analyze, and disseminate information critical to the health of the business, and we provide a sound, compliant runway for WP Engine to achieve its goals and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities within this team.
Legal
Our mission is to create value and champion the business as trusted legal advisors, innovators, and partners. We partner with every team across the company to guide in line with applicable regulation and facilitate WP Engine’s growth.
Finance
Responsible for translating business goals and objectives into financial plans, providing business model insight and financial analysis to enable informed decision making.
Accounting
We enable WP Engine to grow and thrive by creating sustainable, repeatable processes and policy across order-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, payroll and tax. And, all along the way, we have fun and invest in each other to bring out our best.
Business Analytics
We deliver value to WP Engine with data driven insights. We collect, model, analyze and visualize data from across the company to surface performance indicators, trends, and measures to support our quickly growing business.
